Os alunos da Inglaterra ficaram muito felizes ao receber o pacote cheio de cartas e presentes enviado pelos alunos do 7o. A e do 7o. B.
Aqui você pode ler parte de um email enviado pela professora da Inglaterra em que ela conta a reação dos alunos da Inglaterra:
Eles ficaram tão empolgados ao receberem tanto as cartas quanto os presentes que isso certamente marcou a vida deles. Hoje foi um dia para ser recordado. Escrever para os seus alunos é uma extensão da educação dos meus alunos em escala global e espero que os ajude a entender outros países e outras culturas por meio de contatos tais como esse com o Brasil.

E o 7o. C acaba de receber um pacote cheio de cartas e presentes dos alunos da Eslovênia.

Hi! We have more news about our pen pals project!!
English students got very happy when they received a parcel full of letters and gifts from our 7th A and 7th B students.
Here you can read part of an email the teacher from England sent us talking about English students' reaction:
They were so excited to receive both letters and gifts that it has surly left a mark on them for life. Today was a day to remember. Writing to your pupils is an extension of my pupils' education on a global scale and will hopefully help them to understand other countries and cultures through contacts such as with yourselves in Brazil.

And our 7th C group has just received a parcel full of letters and gifts from Slovenian students.

Extra, extra! No dia 05 dia maio, chegou em nossa escola um pacote cheio de cartas e presentes vindo de Birmingham (Inglaterra).

Ola amiga

Thanks so much for a nice and rich parcel. The children were so happy that they read and showed the gifts and letters to all the other and to all the teachers. Now we have decided to make another parcel with letters and Slovenian things: maps, stamps, money ... Thank you for the gift which was for me. Muito obrigada.

Cartas para os alunos da Escolvênia - 7° ano C

O 7o. C preparou cartas em inglês, fotos e presentes para os alunos da Eslovênia e enviou no dia 15 de abril. Confira as fotos!

The 7th C group has prepared letters written in English as well as photos and gifts to send to our pen pals in Slovenia. The parcel was sent on April 15th. Check out the photos!

Trindad Lighthouse
The Civic made a replica of the original lighthouse to house the original and bell. The light in use is located on Trindad Head.

Redwood National & State Parks
In 1148 A.D. this tree gowing near JORDAN CREEK at the North end of the “Avenue of the Gigants”.
It was 839-years old when it fell in 1987. The height of the tree was 300-feet, the average diameter at the base was 9-feet and its weight probably was 325-tons.
